The lateral chain feed table will feed material 1½” wide, minimum to 12” wide, maximum. The minimum stock length is 12” and from 1/4” to 4 ½” thick. The feed rate is variable from 50 to 600 fpm. The powered feed rollers are driven by a 3hp gearmotor. The powered infeed chains are driven by a 1 1/2hp gearmotor. The rolls and chains are controlled by AC adjustable frequency drives. The fence is adjustable throughout a 3/4” range for alignment with down stream equipment. The 50” long low friction stainless steel flat top infeed chains provide long life and non-marking transportation. The 3 or 5 powered feed rolls are smooth steel and allow non-marking transport of materials. The 3 or 5 pinch rollers are 5” diameter urethane. The pinch rollers are powered by individual 2 ½” bore air cylinders to singulate pieces. There are two pinch rolls to singulate pieces into the bridge, and one to keep the board moving on the bridge. The pinch rolls are triggered by photoelectric cells.
