Door Assembly Table

Door Assembly Table

door-table

Our Door Assembly Tables are fabricated from steel tubing with a large table top area for parts in queue. There is an area for stiles to receive glue in dowel holes. An adjustable base is provided for the door to be assembled upon. The table itself is adjustable in height for proper ergonomics. The table comes standard fitted with a single, manually operated, glue squirt to apply glue to one dowel hole at a time.
An optional system provides glue application to all dowel holes in one stile in a single step. The Semi Automatic Glue Squirt system consists of multiple nozzles (typically 11), a 5 gallon pressure pot, and a plug in strip with timer for semi-automatic application to one style. Glue squirts are mounted in pairs on 2 ¼” centers. Each pair is adjustable to align with dowel holes in stile.

Door Driving Bench

A Door Driving Bench aids your personnel in assembling mortise and tennon doors.  The door is assembled against three structural steel uprights that support the door at the ends and center.  The uprights are tilted back at 5 degrees to hold the door and lined with UHMW to absorb the impact from driving the dowels.  The support bar of the bench is a UHMW covered beam that can be set to any 6 positions, from 6” – 36” off the floor.
